DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UAE): 2– 7 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 2 – 3 weeks You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. 

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. 

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, Nailcissist cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.

Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should be unused, with all tool kit items 
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
